Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you complete control over your electronic mail accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mail account you want to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
